
Remote Assistance
Blue Bulb Technologies utilizes the services provided by LogMeIn Inc. to connect remotely to any workstation via the internet. In order to activate remote assistance on your machine, you must submit a request to remote@bluebulbtech.com. Once approved we will deploy the LogMeIn software to you via a link through email. After the installation is complete we are able to log in remotely and troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.
